Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations within 2 days of purchase, provided the product has not yet been shipped or entered production. Once your cancellation request is submitted within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

Please note:

  • Merchants typically process orders within 1-2 business days after purchase.

  • If you request cancellation before shipment and within the allowed 2-day window, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

  • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers cover return shipping fees (charged no more than once).

  • No restocking fees apply.

Refund Process

  1. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email a confirmation.

  2. You’ll be notified of approval/rejection.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first (processing times vary).

  • Contact your credit card company—refunds may take up to 7 days to post.
