RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
We accept cancellations of orders before the product has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged shipping costs no more than once; consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, and the refund will be officially posted within 7 days. Then contact your bank. It usually takes some time for the refund to arrive. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@salienter.com.
